The person you introduce gets the full 14-day trial on their own QuickBooks Online books, with no card required. They test real transactions, see prepared batches, and decide for themselves.
Your next bill drops
When their first subscription payment clears, your next charge drops by a month of what their plan costs (up to your own bill). Still on your trial? Your trial runs 30 days longer instead.
How the discount applies to your bill.
The reward is fixed to a month of what the referred plan costs, never more than your own charge. If you refer several paying workspaces, each one pays out as another discounted month in succession.
A practice on Zeno for Firms refers a client company on Zeno for Business. The firm’s next monthly bill is lowered by $79.
A business owner refers an accounting firm. Because the discount is capped at the owner’s own charge, the next month is completely free.
If you pay annually, the monthly value of the referred plan is subtracted from your next annual renewal charge.

Program details & rules
Who can earn referral rewards?
Any workspace owner on Zeno for Business or Zeno for Firms can refer colleagues and clients. Workspaces with Desktop connectors also participate.
Who qualifies as a valid referral?
Only people new to Zeno. Someone who already had an account, an existing user in another workspace, or a member of your own team does not earn a credit.
When is the credit given?
Credits are earned when the referred workspace makes its first cleared subscription payment, not when they sign up or while they are on their 14-day trial.
What if I am still on my own trial?
If you have not subscribed yet, your trial is extended by 30 days instead of a cash discount, giving you more time to use Zeno for free.
