Your AI, as your bookkeeper.
The assistant you already use does the bookkeeping through Zeno, never in QuickBooks directly. Zeno holds the QuickBooks connection and guides the work with your rules and history; you decide what posts. Ask it how the month went, or hand it the bank feed and the receipt folder. It prepares one plan, you approve it in Zeno, and then Zeno posts it.

Connect the one you use.
Each page has the connection steps for that assistant. Connecting the AI and connecting the books are independent, so either can come first.

Choosing an assistant.
Do I need a particular AI?
No. Zeno works the same way in each of them: the assistant prepares the work, a person approves the plan in Zeno, and only then does it post to QuickBooks. Use the assistant your team already pays for.
Can different people at the firm use different assistants?
Yes. Each person connects their own assistant and signs in as themselves, and each connection sees only the companies and the role that person has in Zeno.
What about another MCP client?
Any client that connects to a remote MCP server over streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in can use Zeno at https://api.zenofirm.com/mcp. The setup guide in the docs covers Codex, Cursor and others.
