Zeno is built by Zeno Services, a team of accountants who code. We keep real books and write the software that keeps them, so neither one is an afterthought.
Founded by Eli Mandel, an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, with 20 years of experience in outsourced bookkeeping and custom software development. Eli holds a Master’s in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. LinkedIn

Ask who owes you money, which bills are coming due or why expenses changed. See the QuickBooks transactions behind the answer and ask follow-up questions. You can work with your bookkeeper without taking over the bookkeeping.
For bookkeepers who have more than data entry to do
Ask your assistant to prepare bills, code card charges or match receipts. Review the proposed entries together, leave out anything that needs more information and approve what is ready to post.
Save the coding rules and client instructions you want to use again. The next person working on the books can find those notes and see what was already done, without searching someone else’s chat history.

Before bringing Zeno to QuickBooks, we built software for running a business and keeping its books. We used it to prepare entries, save company instructions and review changes in books we actually work on and close.
That experience shaped Zeno for people who want the same help in the QuickBooks companies they already use.
Choose Zeno for the books you keep
Zeno for Business is for a company’s owners and the people who keep its QuickBooks Online books. Zeno for Firms helps accounting and bookkeeping firms manage outside clients on QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Zeno, installed on Windows, runs on the PC where you work with your company files.
