Open Settings → Notifications to configure email for prepared work and scheduled agents. Owners control the firm’s settings. Each person can opt out of a notification for their own address.

What Zeno can send

The quiet-days setting controls when an agent counts as stopped. Use a longer window for a laptop that runs only on weekdays than for an always-on machine.

Timezone and delivery time

The firm’s IANA timezone, such as America/New_York, decides when the daily digest goes out and which local day counts as overdue. An engagement may use a different timezone for a client. Owners can change the digest hour and add shared mailboxes. By default, notifications go to owners and operators because those roles can approve a plan. The page shows the current recipient list before you save changes.

Your own email

Under Your mail, turn individual notifications off for yourself. This does not change delivery to another operator or to a shared mailbox. Use Send me a test after changing the timezone or recipient list. The test goes only to your signed-in address.
Scheduled work depends on an external agent checking in. Notification settings do not start that agent. Set up the heartbeat under This firm → AI clients; Working on a cadence explains the handoff.
