Use Clients → Connections to see where Zeno gets the information it works from, client by client. QuickBooks Online is the ledger and your AI client does the reasoning; the sources on this page are what Zeno reads on the firm’s behalf before anything becomes a plan.

The result: you know which accounts and documents reach each client, which need attention, and which missing sources your firm has asked for.

Read one client

Pick a client at the top of the page, or pick one in the console’s client picker. The page draws three columns: A source drawn in amber needs a person: Under the picture is one card per source Zeno reads itself: bank logins, the documents address, Stripe, Square and Helcim. Connecting, mapping, syncing and disconnecting happen on those cards and need the owner or operator role; everyone else sees the picture and the documents address. Payouts themselves are worked in Bank feeds, on the bank line each one made. Anyone with the console can read this page and ask for a source.

Read the whole firm

Choose Whole firm to see every client against every source in one grid: feeding, needs attention, requested, or not connected. Select a client’s name to open its picture. Below the grid is the list of what your firm has requested and when.

Everything else, through your AI

Zeno reads five sources itself, every day, whether or not anybody is in a chat: bank and card feeds, the documents address, Stripe and Square payouts, and Helcim card batches. Payment processors, payroll, spend cards, online stores, shared folders and mailboxes reach Zeno through the connectors in your own AI client, Claude or ChatGPT. If your AI connects to an app, Zeno can work with what the AI reads from it. Ask for a payout, a payroll run or a folder of receipts: the AI attaches the documents to the inbox and proposes the entries in a plan, and a person approves them like any other work. That work happens while you are in the chat. The four sources above are the ones that keep running when nobody is.

Mailboxes your AI is not connected to

An AI client connects one Gmail account and one Microsoft account, usually your own. A client’s bills mailbox, or another mailbox of yours, can still reach Zeno: set up a forwarding rule in that mailbox to the client’s documents address. Any number of mailboxes can forward to it.

Ask for a source

If something you need reaches Zeno neither way, ask for it from this page.
1

Name the source

Say what it is, which client it is for or All clients, and roughly how many transactions a month. If you like, say what Zeno should do with it, for example “split each settlement into sales, fees, refunds, and the reserve.”
2

Send the request

It shows as Requested for everyone in your firm, and a copy arrives in your inbox. Asking for the same source for the same client again does not send a second request.
Zeno replies to that copy when there is news. Requests are how Zeno decides what to build next. You can also ask from the chat. Tell your assistant which source you need and why, and it can file the same request through qb_contact_support once you approve the wording.

QuickBooks Desktop workstations

If your firm also links QuickBooks Desktop computers, each workstation appears on this page as its own destination. Its bank feeds are the accounts ticked on that computer. Bank feeds are the only source that reaches QuickBooks Desktop today; the documents address, Stripe and Square are QuickBooks Online only for now, and the documents address offers Request for Desktop. Helcim is QuickBooks Online only for now. Manage the workstation’s bank logins on Connections.
