Who does what
Your AI drafts questions but does not send them. The email goes out under
your name and the firm’s, to an address you type on the page. Zeno remembers
the address you last used for each client; it does not read one from
QuickBooks Online.
What the client gets
One email, from “Your firm via Zeno”, listing every question you ticked with the date, payee and amount of each line. A button opens a page with an answer box under each question and a place to attach a receipt. The page needs no account; the link in the email is the key, and it stops working after 30 days or when you revoke it. Replying to the email works too. Zeno matches the reply to the email it answers and records the words as the answer to every question that email carried. A receipt attached to the reply lands in the client’s inbox in Zeno, pinned to the question. An answer changes nothing in the books. It is words on the question; the
plan that comes from it is staged and approved like any other. Done is
you saying the answer has been used.
On the page
Client questions shows, in this order: answers waiting for you, questions drafted and not yet sent (with the send form under them), questions out with the client, and finished ones folded away. With no client picked it lists every client’s, answers first. A question the client answered by phone can be recorded by hand with they answered by phone. A question that turned out to need nothing can be closed with nothing to do.For your AI
